Place was fairly clean and stylish. The breakfast was delicious with amazing croissants and with lovely food, and the staff was efficient. The setting was magnificent and lovely, adjacent to an old style townhouse walled garden for use of the guests which provides a very pleasant setting for enjoying a quiet drink, and the centre of Edinburgh.

New-fashioned beautifully designed rooms with pleasant views, and a storage, armchairs, and a couch. Marvellous location near an old style townhouse walled garden for use of the guests, and the train station being about 1 mile away straight along Nicholson Street and fabulously friendly and really friendly staff. Nearby Southpour - great place to chill out.
